The Meat N' Bone Grill Master Experience is a relatively inexpensive alternative to dining at a steakhouse. Our professional Grill Masters bring everything needed to cook a feast for your guests — from hand-selected USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu to ribs, sausages, and seafood — and prepare it live in your backyard, kitchen, or event venue.
Available only in South Florida, the Greater Orlando Area, and Greater Tampa, with options scaling from intimate gatherings of 25 to events of 100+ guests.

The party you've been planning for months shouldn't end with you stuck behind the grill while everyone else has fun. A Grill Master brings a fully equipped chef-level setup — premium proteins, sides, and live cooking — so you can host the party you actually want to be at.
We handle the prep, the cook, and the cleanup around the grill. You handle the toasts. Most birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, and milestone celebrations book a single Grill Master at our 0–25 guest tier — but we scale up to 50 with one assistant for bigger groups.

A premium, casual experience your team will actually remember. Whether it's a quarterly all-hands, a client appreciation lunch, an offsite, or a year-end celebration, we feed up to 100+ guests with hand-selected USDA Prime, Wagyu, and seafood — cooked live in front of the room.
For events of 50–100 guests we field a Grill Master plus 2–3 assistants to keep food coming continuously across the 4-hour window. We coordinate directly with your office or venue manager on grill setup, covered space, and dietary requirements — and we issue a single invoice for accounting.
- 50–75 guests: Grill Master + 2 assistants from $400
- 75–100 guests: Grill Master + 3 assistants from $500

Holidays & Special Occasions
Memorial Weekend, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year — these are the dates that fill up fastest, every year. Booking a Grill Master for a peak holiday is the move when you're hosting extended family, in-laws, or a multi-household get-together and the centerpiece meal absolutely cannot be a question mark.
Peak holiday rates are 2× the standard service rate (Memorial Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), and bookings are first come, first served. Holiday slots are NOT refundable inside 48 hours of the date — so if a holiday matters to you, lock it in early.

Service Tiers
Pricing scales with your guest count.
Minimum charge is $500 depending on protein selection. All tiers include a 4-hour service window. Additional hours are $45/hour (subject to availability).
